Indian Forest Service Examination


Forests always plays important role in human beings life. Without forest no one imagine growth of country. Human beings receive oxygen as well as many important drugs from forests.But nowdays for full filling or requirements many trees of forests are destroying. result of this many problem has arised.  If you are willing to go to the Indian Forest Service, Indian Forest Service Examination invite application. The last date for applications April 28, 2012, and the test date July, 2012. You can apply through online and offline both.

Eligibility
Applicants who wish to participate in this examination  should be graduate of a recognized university or equivalent institution in one Science subject Agriculture, Forestry Animal husbandry, etc., Those students who are in there final year examination they can also apply for this exam. Applicant at least 21 years of age and must not exceed a maximum of 30 years.

How many time you can appear in examination-

Genral category student -  Can appear four times for this paper
SC/ST - There is no limit for appearing in exam they can appear as many times they want to appear.
OBC - Student may appear 7 times for exam.


What to study
To achieve good marks in this exam a good catch up with General Knowledge is very important. If you have any  friend around or acquaintance who has achieved success in the exam, you can do discussion with him which can be  beneficial for preparation. stay in touch with good institution for preparation. you should have good command over English, for increasing knowledge of English you can read news papers daily, english magazine which makes you comfortable to English


Examination Format
This test is conducted in two phases. In the first stage written examination and personality test and second part is interview
Written test: This test is of six papers. The total value is 1400 points. The first question paper  is based on  English (300 points) and the common sense (300 points) . The remaining four papers is of(200 points each)
Interview: The next stage of the selection process based on interviews and personality test is 300 points. As after written test conducted immediately results are declared. On the basis of  total points interview is conducted. Selected candidates join  training in Lal Bahadur Shastri


Interview Preparation
Interviews is of  total 300 points. In interviews there are  experts in various fields. In Interviews Board asked questions based on your educational background and current issues,  information about the Forest Service is also tested. Students who already passed this examination they suggest if you give anaswers in logical way then only you can get success Indian Forest Service Examination.
