b) B.sc Microbiology - The study of microscopic organisms is called microbiology. Micro-organisms are very small organisms which are not visible through naked eye. These organisms include algae, bacteria, moulds, protozoa, yeasts and viruses. c) B.sc Biochemistry - Biochemistry is a branch which is concerned with the chemistry of the biological processes. Studying structures and functions of enzymes, protiens, carbohydrates, fats, process of metabolism and the molecular basis of the action of genes also form a part of biochemistry. Advances made in biochemistry has made significant contributions towards elucidation and understanding of the DNA structure.

f) B.Sc Genetics: Genetics is the study of the structure, function and behaviour of genes at cells, tissues, organs, and individual level. h) B.sc Information Technology/BCA: If one do not want to go for engineering then he can go for graduation in computer science courses such as Bsc(I.T.) or BCA degrees. These are 3 years specialized courses in Information technology and computer applications. After this one need to do master degree such as Msc(I.T.) or MCA for better growth.
