Post Matric Scholarship for Minority Students
Scholarship is for tenth
passed Scheduled Castes (SCs), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Backward Classes
(OBC) students you wish to read further, the scholarship through the Delhi
government has opened the doors to their studies. This scholarship is not only for
candidates in Delhi, but candidates from other places can also apply. Session
for 2012-13 has been notified for this scholarship.
Who can apply
11th, 12th or are graduate students are eligible to apply.
Polytechnique students can apply for it.
Formalities Needed
The scholarship is only for SCs, STs and OBCs students. It
is compulsory
for the student to have jati pramad patra issued by Delhi Govt. In addition, the student's parent / guardian total income from all sources should be less than Rs 2 Lakh per annum (1 Lakh annually for OBCs). Students studying in government institution are given priority. This scholarship is also for students pursuing correspondence courses.
