Huawei has Announced 10 scholarships of up to US$ 10,000 this year,2012 for those who wants tp pursue academic courses in China. The motive of scholarship is to enables aspiring Indian students to opt for various streams,like science and technology,culture,social studies in Chinese universities. The scholarship covers student's tution fees and living expenses for the duration of his /her study in China, the amount is of US $ 10,000.
Eligibility - Candidate must have following criteria to avail this Scholarship

The candidate must be an Indian citizen,resident in India and up to 32 years of age on April1/2012 in the year of the scholarship. candiadate must not have any criminal charges pending in a court of India.Candidate should have good academic record. Candidate's personality,aptitude and academic purpose will be important factors guiding the expert panel for final selection.All the aaplication will be placed before the selection commitee, commitee will short list the candidates for an interview. The decision for annual ward of scholarships is based on recommendation of selection commitee. Recommendations are based on merit,character,aptitude and purpose of study.
How to apply - Candidate submit the application online with detailed information about school and university education, professional experience if any, and statement of purpose. Candidate should provide references from two persons of repute academicians and teachers. Proof of admission ina university in China.
