Utility of plastics increasing day by day,so courses related to this field is important in respect to jobs.
That is why there is always a need of experts in plastics technology. The plastics technology are useful from the standpoint of career-related courses. In this context, the Chennai-based Central Institute of Plastics Engineering And Technology (CIPET), this Institute announced admission notification of 2012 session

Type of courses
CIPET have following four courses -
1. Post Diploma in Plastic Mould Design CAD / CAM with (1 and half yrs), 2. Diploma in Plastics Processing And Testing (1 and half year), 3. Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (3 years), 4. Diploma in Plastic Technology (3 years).

Academic qualification
For taking admission in post diploma candidate must have degree in diploma course of plastic Technology
If candidate wants to do Diploma in Plastic Prosessing and Testing they must have Bachelor degree from science stream
For taking admission in Diploma in Plastic Mold Technology and Diploma in Plastic Technology, the candidate should be 10th pass.

Selection
For taking admission in these courses candidate  have to sit in entrance Test.
