University Entry Scheme for Permanent Commission
Eligibility: Unmarried male, pre-final / final year engineering student
Age: 19-25 years
Selection: WSSB interviews, medical exams, the notification comes out in May every year. Selected candidates are sent to Indian Military Academy, Dehradun for training.

Technical Graduate Entry Scheme (Permanent
Commission)
Eligibility: Unmarried male, final year engineering student / graduate engineer
Age: 20-27 years
Selection: Group Test, Psychological Test, interviews,


Medical Exam

The recruitment occurs twice a year in April and October. The selected candidates a year TGES Indian Military Academy, Dehradun for training.


Short Service Commission (Technical) Men
Qualification: Single / Married male graduate engineers, along with other standard.
Age: 20-27 years
Selection by direct interview
The notification comes twice a year in January and July. SSC 49 weeks of the selected candidates for Technical Training Officer Training Academy, candidate will be send to Chennai.
