Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) Examination For Secondary Educaion, Assam
Number Of Post: The number of vacant post of Graduate eachers is 4500
Important Dates:
1. Issue of Application Form through Post Office is 1/10/2012 to 10/10/2012
2. Last Date of submission of Applicant form in Post office is 30/10/2012
3. Issue of Admit Card through Post Office By end of December 2012
4. TET Examination will be held in Last week of February 2013
5. Declaration of Result will be 20th March 2013

Education Qualification :
Graduate teacher in BA/B.Sc/ B.Com with 50% marks with B.T./B.Ed. degree from any recognized university.

Minimum Age: Candidate should not be above 38 years as on 01.01.2012.

Minimum Qualifying Marks For Passing TET : candidate must score at least 60% marks

Validity: All candidates who pass the TET will be awarded a certificate. The validity of the certificate shall be for a maximum period of  2 years from the date of issue

Fee of Application Form: The cost of the application form is  Rs.350/- (Rupees Three hundred and Fifty only) payable at the Post Office.
